We answer the phone.

There is nothing more frustrating than trying to contact an agent to either ask further questions or to arrange an inspection, and he or she just can’t be contacted. As your agent, we are available by phone day and night, and if we are in a meeting and unable to take a call, we will return the call as soon as we possibly can.

We arrive on time.

We treat any prospective buyer with the respect that they deserve and will not leave them waiting in the car, wondering if they have the correct address. Punctuality is a vital first step to professionalism in marketing and selling a home.

Your listing agent is your selling agent.

Too often these days, the real estate agent that people engage in selling their home is not the same person that attends the open inspections. Specialist “listing agents” earn their living in Real Estate by listing as many properties as possible. Unfortunately, this means that they are not able to also do the actual work associated with the sale of their listings.

Buyers are often surprised and disappointed to find that their open homes are being conducted by inexperienced trainees who are also given the task of making all follow-up calls to potential buyers.

All Otto Property sales are conducted by the experienced director, Daniel Otto who also makes all follow up calls and attends all required functions of the sale including building inspections and bank valuations.

Prospective buyers register.

Prior to entering your home any potential buyers that have not yet registered with our company must identify themselves and provide a contact number. With your privacy in mind, we will not open your home to anyone off the street including neighbours unless we know who they are. If someone is not prepared to give us their details,  then they may not enter and view the property.

We obtain feedback.

Each and every buyer that enters your home will be asked to provide some feedback. If this does not occur on the day of the viewing, then we will endeavour to make contact with them on the following business day so that we can provide you with as much feedback as possible.

This ensures that we can provide accurate and complete feedback on the sentiments of potential buyers.

Weekly activity reports.

For every week of your campaign, you will receive a comprehensive marketing summary and activity report that details things like phone enquiries, email enquiries, internet portal hits, open inspection feedback and any other information relating to the listing of your home.

We look the part.

All of our staff take pride in their personal appearance as we understand that this affects the way in which we are judged by our clients and prospective buyers. This includes personal grooming and attire as well as the standard and cleanliness of our motor vehicles.

We don’t believe that being cool or “on trend” in our appearance is the most important thing. We prefer to present ourselves in a conservative and professional manner that is acceptable to the largest cross-section of buyers.
